3003 aluminum sheet belongs to the aluminum-manganese series rust-proof aluminum alloy. 3003 aluminum alloy has good cold processing performance and is easy to process by stamping, stretching and other processing technologies.
The addition of manganese improves the corrosion resistance of the material, especially in marine environments. The strength of 3003 aluminum alloy is slightly higher than that of pure aluminum, but it cannot be strengthened by heat treatment.
Because it can only be hardened by machining, 3003 alloy is usually supplied in H state, such as H12, H22, H14, H24, H26, H112, etc. 3003 h14 aluminum is used for square lithium battery shells. 3003-h14 is more suitable for automatic and semi-automatic punching, and has high production efficiency.
3003 h22 aluminum is strain hardened, and then partially annealed, to a strength that is roughly a quarter of the way between annealed (O) and full-hard (H28). 3003 aluminum tread plate often chooses this temper.
